Modular Townhouses Pty Limited has a plan for more efficient and fast construction of stylish architecturally designed medium density housing with almost unlimited style that can be modified for land that is occasionally flooded. We have a plan that can include staged construction for early temporary accommodation for residents.
We are a project management company that has created guidelines, with peer review by experienced engineers, for a uniquely blended medium density housing solution for projects that can be located on high ground or on land that may occasionally be flooded. Our managed projects may be for a large independent client or government department to service their specific needs or for groups of small to large investors who wish to direct their capital into property development and possibly become a buyer of the finished dwelling/s.

Meet our Director Chris Jones
Our Managing Director Chris Jones holds B Eng Civil Engineering and is a Member of Engineers Australia. He is a retired consulting engineer and instead part of this investor team. He has decades of experience in the construction industry. As Managing Director of Engineering & Design Group Pty Limited, one of the many fields of work was for modular builders.
News
We are on the NSW Gov Public Works Supplier Register for Temporary Accommodation in the many flood affected NSW towns. We also offered an alternate solution for more flood resistant permanent housing.
To do this, the then used and vacated modules temporarily located on ground, can be transported and lifted into final position. If in a flood risk zone, these modules can be relocated on a dry and more robust concrete structure built to complete the architecturally designed medium density housing project.
