The investment process:
STEP 1
Indicate interest to invest by submitting investment pledge below. $50,000 minimum.
STEP 2
When pledged funds reach a threshold to fund a project, investors will be contacted for payment into a dedicated shelf company account set up by RSM Australia, Accountants.
STEP 3
Modular Townhouses will request fee proposals from architects, with sketch drawings and feasibility and cost estimate. Investors will receive a copy of architectural submissions. Majority vote. Modular Townhouses will contact local builders for quotes and assist them with sub-contractor modular manufacturer. Architect’s project contract will be followed
STEP 4
Investor will have the option to purchase completed properties.
